MES PHARIS system is delivered with RFID readers that operate at frequency of 125 kHz as a standard, particularly with EM4102 chip tags.

The customer can use to work with MES PHARIS own RFID tags, if they meet the specification above. In case that a customer is not sure about specifications, he/she can provide to UNIS its tag for a simple test that verifies if the tag can be used. 

In the case, if the customer uses tags with different specification and even of this he/she would like to use them for work with PHARIS system, the customer should consult it with the company UNIS. 

Recommended RFID tags for identification of persons

To identify the persons we recommend to use the key tags. A tested model is Teardrop 125 kHz EM4102 key tag. This key tag has the following specification:

  • Polyamide - a highly durable material
  • Colors: black, blue, green, red and yellow
  • Operating temperature from - 25˚C to + 50˚C
  • Humidity: suitable for indoor and outdoor use
  • Resistant to dust, dirt and water

Recommended RFID tags for molds identification

To identify molds we recommend to use a unique developed tag of the company UNIS which name is MoldID. It is a tag with a frequency of 125 kHz and EM4102 protocol.

  • Colors: white
  • Operating temperature from - 25˚C to + 130˚C
  • Humidity: suitable for indoor and outdoor use
  • Resistant to dust, dirt and water

Recommended RFID chips for identification of Technical Drawings, dispatch notes, etc.

To identify the Technical Drawings or dispatch notes in paper form we recommend to use RFID tag of a very small sizes with adhesive tape. It is a tag with a frequency of 125 kHz and EM4102 protocol. Because of the paper Dispatch Notes and Technical Drawings have limited life-cycle of their use, these tags can be used repeatedly.
